Online Shopping Orders and Purchases:
All orders and purchases made through this site are subject to the terms and conditions set out in the Online Shipping Orders and Purchases that may change from time to time without prior notice.
At the time of order we may require additional verification or information from you before accepting and confirming the order.
The Site may correct any errors or inaccuracies and change and provide you an update information availability, non availability of Products.

Procedure to place an order:
1. Select your favourite product, choose size and colour, then add the product to your shopping cart.
2. If you wish to continue shopping, click on ‘continue shopping’. You can add as many products as you want.
3. Click on ‘submit’.
4. Click on ‘Proceed’ to check out.
5. Fill out all the forms by providing all necessary information.
6. Once an order is placed, you will receive order confirmation from our staff.
7. You can receive your order updates in your email.
Can I make any changes to my order after it has been placed?
We start to process your order as soon as you place it so that you receive your items as quickly as possible. This means that if you change your mind or realise that you have made a mistake after placing your order, there is a very limited time-frame in which you can amend or cancel it. So, if you have any questions about an order you have placed or would like to make any changes, please contact our customer service at at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible and we will be more than happy to help you.
If your order has already been shipped from us you will have to return the item after receiving it and place a new order.
There are cases when an order cannot be processed for various reasons. The site reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason at any given time.
All the Products sold on our website are subject to a return policy that is applicable within seven (7) days of the date of delivery as long as the items are in their original packaging and condition with the tags intact, unwashed, undamaged condition, merchantable quality is intact and match the description when purchased and received as ordered by the Purchaser.
Our Customer Care staff will arrange a return by a courier pick and return it in which all the charges will be borne by you.
Please Note: If you cannot present your online invoice of purchase we reserve the right not to offer a return or exchange.

Unfortunately we have a no-return policy on some of our products. We advise you to read the product description thoroughly before purchasing your desired product.

In case the product I received was not as per size or specification
We take extra measures in packaging and delivering your purchases with an expert team and staff. However, in case you received your order not as per size and specs orders, please immediately contact our customer care at email@example.com.
If I received a different product other than I ordered
In case if you received a mistaken shipment or courier, please immediately contact our Customer Care via email to initiate and schedule the return process. Our agent shall replace the wrong shipment or courier delivery of your order according to your specifications.

- Cash On Delivery (applicable only in Pakistan):
With our cash on delivery (COD) option (applicable only in Pakistan), you can add the items to your shopping cart, and proceed to checkout. Choose “COD” as a payment option, and confirm your order. Once the item is at your doorstep, you will have to pay the full amount in cash in order to receive your items.
- Bank Transfer (applicable only in Pakistan):
Once you add your items to your shopping cart, choose the bank transfer option and proceed to checkout. At the checkout page you will be required to fill a form to transfer the amount to a bank account in Pakistan. Please keep note of the transfer referral number as it will be required for your items to be shipped once confirmed.
Once you add your items to your shopping cart, choose PayPal as your payment method. If you already have an account with PayPal you can log in to your account and make the payment through our
website. If you do not already have a paypal account, you will need to create one before you can use their service.

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
While your order is being packed and processed, you’ll see ‘In Progress’ in your Order History. Once your order has been shipped, we will send a shipping confirmation email to let you know. For orders using our courier partners DHL or FEDEX, once the label is issued a tracking number for their process will also be attached.
